A conjunction of two words; one, Yiddish, the other, Hebrew; A female who fakes the persona of a caring, pleasant, and outstanding individual who could "do no wrong", when, in actuality, said individual is a witch.

Rivky, the woman who recites Psalms as she walks the streets, is a full-fledged Mach-sheifelah.

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
