She-it or sheit is a gender classification, if some one looks like a woman but you don’t know if they got something in-between their legs. This can be a cross dresser or woman with a face of a man.
Can also be referred to as an IT for short

In this case, they prefer the pronouns she/her but do not hate the pronouns they/them.
