Some one who has failed Sex Ed. at least one time and has been, or currently is, pregnant; usually a teenage girl.

Fail Sex 

Preluding supposed sex the male partner's actions will result in a complete utter failure in sexual stimulation towards the female counterpart. However the male will still believe the encounter was still succsessful and still enjoyable towards the female. Thus making the fail so much more apparent.
