Scuppy:
Noun: A Man (or, less commonly, a woman) who molests and murders children. An incredibly offensive term to be used when motherfucker is not sufficient enough to get the point across.

A mix of 'sketchy' and 'yuppie', used to describe someone who is trying to be high class but is doing it wrong, such as by drinking cheap beer out of a fancy wine glass.
