n., place that animals go to (or state of mind they achieve) during a really good scratching

smartghosting 

smartghosting is when in a chat group you write to someone (eg. with a @Carl) and that person not only ignores you but instead he write something else to someone else.

Joe: "Hey @Carl, can i have a feed about that?"
Carl: "@Mark, can you please send me a report? @Jerry, you can proceed with your activity. Thank you all"

In this example, Carl is smartghosting Joe
