it's a serious illness where you are addicted to scotland and its culture. Scottishphrenia tend to get jealous around scotts which is one of the symptoms. Most common in Bulgaria.

Scottishphrenia patient: tha spòrs agam!
Friend: He suffers from scottishphrenia, i'm sorry.
