A German slang adjective used to describe someone or something that is completely crazy, out of their mind, or acting totally irrational. It is the direct equivalent to english terms like "batshit crazy", "unhinged", or "delusional".
The word is a short form of "schizo" (schizophrenic). In German youth culture, if your friend is overreacting, trippin', or doing completely chaotic stuff, you say they are "schez". It basically means losing your mind in a funny or chaotic way.
