1. A person (usually a dude) who’s not shredded, not soft — just strong, low-key thicc, emotionally stable (on a good day), and working on slow, steady self-improvement. Often spotted post-workout, red-faced, eating protein, and vibing in short shorts.
2. A whole mood. Somewhere between softboi, gentle gym bro, and the guy you call to move a couch and talk about your feelings.
3. Physically: broad-ish shoulders, thicc-ish legs, built like a guy who lifts regularly but doesn’t make it a whole performance.
