A single guy. Or a group of males,usually portraying themselves as tougher than their station.

Those guys are a bunch or Rugglers, we should head over there and beat the balls off of them.

A redneck male from the small town of Agassiz, BC, Canada who partakes in rugged activities often while sporting a beer t-shirt, jean jacket, and cheap Canadian beer.

I have never seen anyone roll their truck that many times and not get their jean jacket dirty; they must be a ruggler.

A scrud ruggler is someone who is part of your friends/family group and does nothing but complain and directly annoys everyone in that circle.

I.E Helen was being a scrud ruggler as she wouldn't shut up or give any one chance to speak
