roll a bowl 

The act of smoking ice, crystal meth.

A bowl is most often glass or Pyrex with a stem and a round "bowl" with a small hole in the top. You put the ice in the round "bowl", use a Bic lighter or a torch and put the flame under the bowl to melt the ice and put your mouth on the other end , at the stem, and inhale the smoke, rolling it from side to side so as not to burn the dope in the bowl. Thats called rolling a bowl .

Rolla Bowla 

a woman or person so large that you have to roll them in a large tub of flour to have intimate relations

Example -

friend - man you like her dont you ?
you- nope she's a Rolla Bowla
friend - what ?
you - she's so fat I'd have to roll her in a bowl of flour and find the wet spot
