A female of non-Asian descent who is predominantly attracted to much younger Asian males. A cougar is a woman over 40 and hunts for open-minded hot, younger (under 30) men. She enjoys the energy of younger men and their sexual company and prefers not to settle down. A Rice Cougar is not a racist, but is attracted to the exotic appeal of Asian and Asian-American men.
