rebuffering

The circular icon from an internet site attempting to download on your computer or smartphone repeats continuously. It is frustrating to see the swirling circle slow down, as if the download is complete, only to start all over again. Also, rebuffer, rebuffered. buffering, download, upload, connection speed, wifi, dial up, computers, smartphone, Google, Microsoft, Apple, smartphone, iphone, slow speed
I am so sick of my computer, it is five years old and simply doesn't work anymore. Every time I try to download videos, I don't just get buffering, I get mega rebuffering and that dang circular icon is on the screen forever.
