Technically, raphe is a medically-appropriate term which refers to a ridge separating two lateral parts or organs. Examples of such ridges can be located on tongues and perinea.

Ideally, however, the term is used to describe the line that runs up the middle of your sack -- most likely to prevent your balls from flying out.

When a room, backseat, or mosh pit is so aggressively packed with dudes that you are shoved taint-to-taint and sack-to-sack with another guy. It is the ultimate, sweat-drenched test of survival where you are forced to ride out the crowd while your scrotal seams are practically velcroed together, praying nobody gets an accidental boner.
