Using caps lock continuously on an instant messager program, giving the participants a feeling of shouting across a loud room.

John: Hey, what's up?
Joe: GETTING READY FOR A PARTY, YOU?
John: Nothing, hey, what's with the yelling?
Joe: I JUST GOT CAPS LOCK RAGE, LOL.
