Used to describe someone (usually a women) who is a quarter (one forth) Puerto Rican.

They are usually watered down white but still have the but still have the butt to prove their Puero Rican heritage.

Tim: Wow, look at the butt on her!

John: Yeah, but she only a quarterican.
