Quantico
Considered by most to be a Marine Corps base in No. VA, it completely surrounds the civilian town of Quantico (roughly the size of a neighborhood) and is home to the Marine Corps Officer Candidate School as well as The Basic School. The FBI Academy and some DEA buildings reside on Quantico MCB as well. Quantico houses no Victory units and is a non-deploying duty station.

French slang, which translated, means "bull's fashion" but basically equates to "hyper trendy" or overly trendy. Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.
