Far too much pure nonsense is published on the World Wide Web, and especially on UrbanDictionary.com.

Urban Dictionary Merch
Something that doesn’t happen to my definitions even though they all meet the community guidelines and I usually try to put definitions for words that aren’t on this website yet so yes, they are unique.
Person 1: urban dictionary didn’t publish my definition again
Person 2: urban dictionary sucks

Publish Psyched

When you hoped to be published, but instead get "Publish Psyched"
Person 1: Hey, did your word get published in Urban Dictionary?

Person 2: No. I got "Publish Psyched"

Person 3: Bummer.

publish and perish

That awkward process of simultaneously publishing **amazing** scientific articles and realizing you still have literally zero chance at any career...ever. It is widely considered the realistic variant of the commonly known "publish or perish".
Kevin: I just published another paper in a highly reputable journal!!
Aleks: Oh...that's nice. So here is the $23.95 for the pizza...
Kevin: What about my tip!?
Aleks: Uhhh, uhhh....see you next week! **slams door**
Kevin: Gawd dammit!! I need a new job... #gradstudentproblems #pizzadeliveryproblems
--- Three hours later ---
Aleks: Poor, poor Kevin. Publish and perish, indeed...

Publish Cheating

Publish Cheating is the act of adding a word to the Urban Dictionary and then editing the Urban Dictionary until you see the word you submitted and publish it, however, publish cheating does not always guarantee the word you submitted will be published. I have currently editted over 900 words in the hopes of getting my definitions published, and it has worked for most of them.
I sincerly doubt my definition of batterball would have been published had I not been publish cheating at the time.

Some other guy: Ok, I'll publish this right away lolololololololololol.

God Shot

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".
Dr. Drew on Celebrity Rehab said "All of a sudden what had been just another Hollywood proposal became for him an unexpected blessing, an opportunity for growth. In drug recovery language, that's called a "God shot."

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
