A single lady, participating in an honorary role at her gay best friends' marriage, presumably in a satiny dress they picked out for her; a term fondly coined to mark legalization of gay marriage in New York State during Pride 2011.

Pridesmasher: (noun)One who smashes pride of others.

Pridesmash: (verb)To smash someone's pride. Totally gone. End of story.

The best way to SMASH someone's pride:

Physically destroy someone. Then rape them in a prison-like manner in front of his friends. Don't worry his friends won't remember you, just that he got beat down and raped or "pridesmashed" in there presence.
