A cell phone unable to be tracked. Can not be called back bacause the number is private. Used mainly in the hood for brothers who ain't got no money to pay they contract bill or got some minutes.

Phone ghosted

When you repeatedly press a button on a touchscreen phone and your input is ignored you are being "phone ghosted".

The term has been used by some teenage segments of the population who take the failure of the phone to respond as a personal affront, similar in experience to being dissed or ignored by a real person.

I can't unlock my iPhone; I'm being f**cking phone ghosted.
