Peppering The Toilet Seat

The act of "peppering" or otherwise seasoning a public toilet seat. The pepper flakes themselves generally contain blood or fecal matter, or a combination of both. The term peppered originated due to the fact that the toilet seat will literally appear as if someone sprinkled pepper all over it.

Hey bro, do you know if someone was peppering the toilet seat again? I can't use it now! Crux!
