A psychotic angry father in public making a fool out of own children or family. The father, step-father Or foster father berated in psychotic hostile yet reserved and oppressed behavior- things, behaviors or places that were objectionable; Shaming the whole family one at a time usually in public.

That Pepper Daddy Sure thought he was strong with his family at Denny's. I was scared for them, why was that older guy tearing those docile people apart? Was that the father of the family, damn he was going crazy mad on them at Sizzler and they all took it!
