The feeling you get when your feet have been in your boots too long on a hot summers day, and you cannot take them off espacially when in polite company. Pedistifle is made worse for one foot while the other is released from the boot.

I had to get a physical today. The worst part is having to drop my pants and expose my penisticles so that the doctor could check for a hernia.
