Parkledite

A Parkledite is a person who has freakishly long legs, long brown hair the color and texture of mulch, and they cannot squat so they skip every leg day, causing them to only have strength on shoulder press.

Optionally, you can include the gap between their eyes being wide enough to fit an event horizon inside.
