That stupid "Party In The USA" song has been stuck in my head since you party rolled me last week.

a somewhat smaller party, kick it, or gathering of friends and friends of friends in which most if not all people take ecstasy (MDMA). such a party may include but is not required to include rave influenced behavior, actions, toys, etc.

(Think of it like a kick-it version of a rave, a small one for friends who put it together themselves at one persons house)

A trend either worn by: a- celebrities such as LL Cool J back in the early 90's or Eminem, b- the thug or gangsterish crowd, c- people who ride bikes.

Situation: Adam had "one pant leg rolled up" accidentally. Melissa gives him an awkward look. He says, "Yes I'm gangsta!" She replies, "You know who else wears their pants that way?... People who ride bikes!"

Partyroll

A partyroll is essentially like a rickroll, only instead of using a video of Rick Astley's song, one tricks a person into viewing a video of Miley Cyrus' "Party in the USA." This is more annoying than the average Rickroll.
