In Texas they are also known as "Tango Mexicles" or just "Mexicles". In California they are known as "Quinteros" because of the area and street they reside, The 5th Hill (La Quinta Loma). They have strong presence in cities like Ciudad Juarez, Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexico City. In Colombia most are from Medellin. In the USA they mostly live in Texas, California and Arizona.

Paisa is almost like calling someone "hometown". Because he is from the same city as you but with the word Paisas, short for Paisanos, its the same thing but only referring to someone from the same counrty as you but in spanish.
