It means good, cool or amazing. Used as an adjective to describe things.

“That’s so cool” ——> “That’s so opthonia”
You can change the word cool/good/amazing to opothonia to show the severity of how amazing something is.

A medical condition characterized by exceptionally good hearing ability while they always mishear things.
Oto- ear, phonia - hearing.
Hearing only through ears, and not with brain.

Bob : okay, we'll go on Thursday then...
Alice: yeah, I'm also thirsty let's go somewhere.
Charlie: nobody mentioned thirsty, you go get your ears checked.
Alice : I got it done already it's better than yours.
Bob : oh you must have otophonia then...
