A term you use while playing Halo 3.
Should only be used i you have dreadlocks so that you can shake your head while saying it.

Also used when you need a non-curse word to say.

You can also use Aley-bah.

Dreadlock guy: "OOSKE-ASSHKEE OLI OLI OH!"
Other guy: "lolwut I pwnd you!
Dreadlock guy: "OOSKEBAH!"
