To 'chav up' a rubbish, old, clapped out car. usually by adding aftermarket plastic body panels/spoiler and a cheap chrome exhaust extension, possibly with the addition of some low budget alloys should the McDonalds wages allow. Usually carried out to D-Reg vauxhall Novas
