Increasingly popular slang term heard mostly in the south east of england referring to those who are 'skilled labour'.

Its origins can be traced back to the 1920s when the dyer family ran a large plumbing company in the south of england.

The recent adition of the word 'nigel' has started to appear in many texts although its origins are not so well known.
