A closeted enabler of Duterte. It's a cross between the words neutral and dutertard (a coined term used to describe people whose rabid support of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte turns them into retards.) Neutertards use equivocal language, distance themselves from political discourse and hide under the cloak of neutrality. But deep inside, their tails wag to the sound of Duterte's hate speeches, they wank over Duterte's rape jokes, and they are willing to drink the Kool-aid upon Duterte's order.

The newest apointee to Duterte's cabinet is a literary artist who used to carry the torch of feminism but is now reduced to being a neutertard who prostitutes what little remains of her credibility for the sake of convenience.

Neuterarchy

1. Giving neither genders preference or superiority over the other.

2. A system of societal government in which both genders (male and female) are head of the family. Both sides of the family lineage are traced for a complete history of the families heritage.

3. A system of social class by which both parties are equal in wealth and earnings.

Ex 1. The new political system of neuterarchy was adopted today by the country of England. Both the King and Queen can make ruling decisions but both must agree on the decisions being made. Neither idea takes precedence over the other.
Ex 2. Our company began enforcing a new policy of Neuterarchy in which all employees doing the same work, regardless of gender, make the same wages.
