MYNONYM

MYNONYM describes a word or phrase or sequence that can be read forward or backward, for example the well-known phrase "MADAM I'M ADAM" and the name of the South Australian suburb of Adelaide, GLENELG. A word like WOW or MOM or the name of the New South Wales town TUMUT is considered a "mirror" MYNONYM.
I've coined this word because it is itself a MYNONYM.
A numerical MYNONYM would be the time of day, 10.01, 11.11, 12.21 etc, or someone's UK mobile number, for example, 07986 268970
The previous word for this is 'palindrome', which is a synonym for MYNONYM. However, palindrome is not able to be read backward while keeping its meaning, but MYNONYM is.
Napoleon is reputed to have uttered the MYNONYM: "ABLE WAS I ERE I SAW ELBA".
He just didn't know that he'd used a MYNONYM because I had not coined the word until 2020.
