The infamous 'headache, no sex' scenario we all encounter. The headache blocks any chances of a sexual encounter thus rendering the female genitals unapproachable hence the phrase 'mingegraine'.

“Fancy a pint tonight mate? Jane’s got another mingegraine.”

Or

“Everything was going swimmingly until Jane got a mingegraine.”

When you play too much Minecraft and you give yourself an awful headache.

I've been playing minecraft for so long I just shit myself because I'd rather play minecraft than leave for two minutes to go to the bathroom and now I've got a minegraine.
