Australian slang, commonly used in Southern regional areas, meaning something, someone, or a situation that is excellent, top-quality, or highly favorable.
Can be used as a general expression of approval, excitement, or praise.
Examples:

"Bazza? Yeah, he’s a Micka bloke—always helps out his mates."
(Phone call) – “Mate, I grabbed some beers, heading over now.” – “Micka! See ya soon.” (Meaning: that's great, legend, great job.)
(While fishing) – One mate reels in a huge fish. His mate high-fives him: “Micka!” (Meaning: That’s awesome!)
