meta-cringe 

The act of cringing at somebody who is deliberately aware of what makes you and most people cringe. They themselves may even cringe at it. Yet, that certain somebody continues to write an entire essay about it.

Journalist: Now before you start to cringe at the mere word 'tik tok', we did a meta-analysis of all tik toks published after covid-19 and found that a large portion of tik toks are actually more educational than the standard high school curriculum.

Me: Ugh, meta-cringe.

The sudden sick feeling you get when seeing somebody's nose ring up close.

I felt vomit creep up my throat, real meta-cringe, when I opened my eyes to see my dentist's nose ring up close.

Megacringe 

When something is not just ordinarily cringe, but of the scale of cringeness. It is to express something really cringey

"He was only listening to my favourite singer, just so he could flirt with me... thats so megacringe. Why would he do that..."
