Almost positively agreed upon as being the Fourth Reich, Mediacom is a sham cable company that will repeatedly lie, hang up on you, do nothing they say, provide horrible internet service, employ absolute fucking retards, and anything else they can to make you feel like your head is going to explode. They are obviously not a cable company but rather a sadistic toy, which was designed and is in use by the Anti-Christ, and made possible by the sheer stupidity of the people they're able to hire. I thought you could only get so many tax breaks for hiring the retarded. Mediacom is synonymous with the words fraud, con, scam, Al-Qaeda, and braindead.
Mediacom should be overrun by angry citizens with pitchforks and hatchets and torches. No employee or affiliated persons should be left alive.

A cable, internet and phone provider that employs people that have the IQ of amoebas. The service is horrible, and most of the service men have mullets and are scared of humans. The people that answer the phone think reseting things repeatedly is the only answer, they are trained monkeys.

Fortunately, there are more well-educated tech's than the other. Unfortunately, customers seem to get the retarded tech's more often. On the other hand, Mediacom also receives calls from a severely unbalanced amount of calls from kind-hearted, understanding, and, at times, educated customers to extremely under-educated, rude & vulgar customers who don't even know how to use the devices that allow their services to work, let alone know how to use proper english. For example, many mediacom customers refer to modems as modiums, their monitor is referred to as the comprooter, & many customers can't tell the difference between a power cord and a phone cord. Many Mediacom customers also do not know how to follow simple instructions, such as, "unplug the power to your router" which seems to get confused with "unplug the power to your modem", or, "can you run the cable straight from the wall to the modem" (apparently customers need to know how to use a computer in order to connect a cable to a modem?). Somehow, this confuses Mediacom customers, frustrating them, and eventually forcing them to become irate when they're informed of a possible charge if a tech is rolled out just to connect their modem to their PC properly, or plug the phone cord into the modem, or even just to change the channel on their tv (because apparently these things are too difficult to do over the phone). So, if you're a Mediacom customer, keep in mind the frustrations that Mediacom technicians go through on a daily basis, & know that they're not there to screw up your services, but in fact are trying to help you, so treat them as you expect to be treated.

Mediacom is a cable internet and phone provider that has to deal with some of the most retarded customers who have no idea how to even use email. the customers call in and all think they know everything and expect there problems to get fixed by being rude and vulgure. They have to deal with customers who never pay therebill on time and wonder why there service got turned off. they also also have to deal with idiots from the state of Georgia in the area code 229 where all the inbread retards are moved to after they are born. mediacom provides the fastest availible internet speed and great television service at an affordable rate for the people who cannot afford to pay an arm and leg for the exact same service with another company
mediacom has customers who call in and wonder why there cable is out in the middle of a hurricane when the power is out everywhere and the customer expects it to be fixed that same day within hours
