while a nice sounding word, it isnt actually a word, more a combination.
commonly used when you've run out of other positive adjectives

male one: holy schnitzel, that is one magniferous body.
male two: yeah, too bad she's only sleep with you if you used REAL WORDS.
male one: you are one magniferous fail of a friend.
male two: STOP USING FAKE WORDS
