Managitis is a condition that effects members of an organization in management positions. Managitis can also effect members of the organization when they percieve themselves to be managers or when others unofficially deem them managers.
Symptoms of managitis include: Poor and uninvolved leadership, a complete unwillingness to take out the trash, sweep the
floor, lift
anything heavy, use any kind of tool or equipment beyond pencils and computers. Managitis sufferers instead issue commands, hold clipboards, and point at things.
Not to be confused with meningitis.
Ever since Robert got that promotion to store
manager, all he does is tell other people to do things, hold a clipboard, and
walk around staring at people. It's a classic
case of managitis.
