Get the m-357 mug.Perscription drug generic for Vicodin 5/500, contains 5 mg of hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). "M357" is engraved on the pill.
I got perscribed a pill that has "M357" engraved on it, I asked my doctor what it was and when I found out it was Vicodin I took six tabs.
