"to do the lutzger" refers to a bavarian yoga position (the "lutzger") where the individual lays on their back and thrusts their hips upwards using their feet, resulting into a pose similar to the bridge pose. The distorted facial expressions, featuring an orc-like underbite, is of utter importance. It is often used during sexual practices and to assert dominance.
