Any scar, bruise, or cut bestowed upon you by a teammate in a non-malicious manner.

Love mark 

A mark, such as a bruise, cut, abrasion, or burn, caused by a loved one.

Often by rough-housing or sexual acts, or as a joke. Can also be from a punishment, such as being spanked from getting in trouble.

Scratches, bruises, red marks, handprints, hickeys.

These can be inflicted by sucking down on skin, scratching your partner, slapping them, and hitting them.

It's important to express consent & how your partner likes these things.

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
