"Locobono" is the prime human being: there is nothing above him, we are talking about the perfect man.
He's not crazy, as you can think seeing the word "loco", he's the craziest.

He's not sexy, as you can think seeing the word "bono", he's the sexiest.
There are few "locoboni" in the world, and everybody knows the existence of the others: they're a family.
