Lightism 

Animosity. Resentment, ostracization of black people of a lighter skin hue or mixed heritage. Usually involves the justification and normalization of verbal, physical or mental abuse of black people within said group. Gaslighting and discrediting the lived experiences of them is also lightism. Lightism can only be perpetrated interracially.

Discrimination against lighter-skinned people of the same ethnic or racial group

Lightism effects people who want to be considered part of the ethnic or racial group (usually marginalized ) that they were born into, however they are encouraged to assimilate to the dominate (usually white) racial identity because of a faire complexation in relation to the majority of others belonging to the same ethnic/racial background.

The color pink, especially when worn by a man who doesn't want to admit he's actually wearing pink. Popularized by the machinima Red vs Blue, in which Pvt. Donut wears this color.
