Lewdsome 

Individuals who encapsulates both Wholesomeness (Empathetic, Cuddly) and Lewdness (Horniness) characteristics and don't fit in either box.

The term Lewdsome is responding to Adult Vtubers have this running joke that they are only Wholesome/Seiso清楚 (Tidy) immediately after making a Lewd comment, joke and/or action. Individuals who are Lewdsome would say it's not mutually exclusive and we can enjoy both at the same time.
