When a word or statment has surpassed the regular scale of legitness thus forcing it to be sent to a scale of its own. This scale is the scale of legiterousness. For an object or statement to surpass the regular scale and register on the scale of legiterousness it must be agreed that it has the power to be legiterous by atleast three people who are respected members of a society.
