Guys that spend so much time on twitter at night and during working hours posting pictures of anime girls that they get put on disciplinary action and subsequently get demoted to a part time position. Usually, these are young white losers who do not know how to function in society because they are addicted to twitties.

My friend just got busted down to part time teller, man has he turned into such a Kurtaku.
