kitchenhood

Skillfulness, usefulness, tact, ethics and humility in the heat of the kitchen. Unrealated to: culinary school, restaurant management school, inflated egos, knife bags, and grubby hands of patriarchy (even by cis women).

Ehh, thought we got a new chef in, but they feebly at the knife, and ain't actually worked anywhere challenging in any thoroughness. Kitchenhood is natural-flow.
