A universal term describing a situation in which the exact opposite of what one has planned transpired.

- I got a new shampoo that was supposed to make my hair grow faster. Instead, it made all of my hair fall out, including my eyebrows.

- What a kapufakis, dude!

- What happened yesterday?
- Kapufakis...
- Oh, I feel you bro. Get well!
