An important town of water people, similar to Atlantis and actually a rival city of Atlantis. Hydropackulicity was also more advanced for it's time, preventing it from sinking into the ocean with Atlantis. The town of Hydropackulicity was forced to relocate to prevent itself from being swallowed like the city of Atlantis.
