A southern way of saying somebody is always Bowing up , all on somebody case, tryna go for bad, or always wanting to fight. I'm sure black folks made it up lol

Nae: I don't like Lisa

Brad: why you don't like her ?

Nae: cause one day she wanted to be humbuggin/humbuggidy & get loud I bout slapped her

I don't hang with Lisa she always humbugging folks
