A person who simultaneously derives great pleasure from both avoiding pain and inflicting it on themselves.

From Hedonist (one who lives to seek pleasure and avoid pain) & Masochist (one who derives pleasure from inflicting pain upon oneself)

She went from sleeping in until 12pm and eating chocolates to cutting in a few short hours. What a hedomasochist!
